Foundation
In precast construction system, the elements are casted at the factory in closed environment under quality supervision using state of the art machineries. The finished elements are transported to the site and erected.
Foundation for these buildings will be based on the nature of the soil:

COMPONENTS OF PRECAST FOUNDATION:
Footing
Based on the nature of the soil, the type of foundation is decided. It will be either Pile & Pile Cap or Open Foundation.
Pedestal
Top level of the pedestal is decided based on the finished floor level of the building. the pedestal is precast with the foundation bolts or the dowel bars.
Tie Beam
Tie beams connecting the columns are also pre-stressed and they will span between the columns
COMPONENTS OF PRECAST FOUNDATION:
Suitable for areas having very poor soil for considerable depths where Open Footings are not possible.
